File consists of notes and photographs of: Barry Callaghan and Claire Wilks in Saratoga Springs; returning to Toronto for various suppers, particularly an evening to celebrate Morley Callaghan, attended writers including Michael Ondaatje, Richard Ford, Sean Virgo, and Austin Clarke; a visit by the great English poet Charles Tomlinson (which led to Callaghan publishing his "Selected Poems"); at the farm in Holstein for Thanksgiving with the family where they received a phone call from neighbour and painter Charles Pachter that their home 69 Sullivan Street had been invaded by junkies who virtually destroyed it including images of the extensive damage; and the Admiral Hotel at Toronto's Harbourfront where Callaghan and Wilks stayed for two months while the house was rebuilt and the grand piano restored.
