File includes event information on two Waffle events surrounding the Chilean Coup that overthrew President Salvador Allende. File also includes the proposal of the Constitutional Committee on the ‘Constitution of the Ontario Waffle Movement for an Independent Socialist Canada’ and their recommendations for by-laws within the movement.
