File consists of the Ontario Waffle’s internal discussion journal, Advance for Independence and Socialism, volume 1, issue numbers 1 to 3. The first issue provides an editorial introduction and two discussion papers by Bela Egyed and Jim Laxer. The second and third issues expand on social issues and socialism in Ontario, while also discussing party issues within the Ontario Waffle. File also includes one copy of ‘A Letter of Resignation to All Ontario Wafflers’ written by members of the West Metro Waffle and two draft copies of the discussion paper ‘Reply to West Metro “Letter of Resignation”’ by Lake, Hull, Wells and Van Eenooghe. The latter paper was featured in Advance Volume 1, number 3.
