Accession consists of records documenting Avrom Isaacs’ personal and professional life and activities. Personal files include correspondence; documentation of Isaacs’ donations, awards, and distinctions; press clippings relating to Isaacs’ life and achievements; and auto-biographical notes and other writings by Isaacs. Also includes records relating to monetary evaluations conducted by Isaacs. Isaacs Gallery files include exhibition hanging lists and announcements; documentation of sales and financial ledgers; photographs of artworks; artist files on microfilm; and index cards documenting artworks exhibited and sold by the Gallery, organized generally alphabetically by artist.
