Series consists of draft versions of Wicks’s autobiography, “Master of None: The Story of Me Life,” first published by McClelland and Stewart in 1995, drafts of other published booklets, and two short stories published in magazines. Several of the draft booklets contain original drawings by Wicks. Included is a copy of “Dear Canada,” a collection of artwork and writings by Canadian schoolchildren selected by Ben Wicks.

Video recording of an introduction by Ben Wicks about “Born to Read and Cook,” a print guide distributed to millions of Canadian children to hook them on a love of reading. This guide was published in collaboration with Canadian corporations and is illustrated by Ben Wicks. This video recording is repeated for the length of the videocassette.

The holiday bulbs were decorated by more than 80 fashion, entertainment, sports, literary and media personalities for the “Have a Ball for a Good Cause” charity event. The ornaments were sold by silent auction to benefit the HIV/AIDS Comprehensive Care program at the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto.

The artwork and writings by Canadian schoolchildren were selected by Wicks, assisted by Margaret Atwood, Pierre Berton, Mila Mulroney, Knowlton Nash, Maureen McTeer and others. Several written entries throughout book are in French.
